The vision of the MSA program is to inspire and equip future school building leaders with the ability to understand and apply theoretical knowledge and leadership practices focused on improving academic and personal achievement for a contextually diverse school community.
As 21st century school leaders, our graduates will become highly effective change agents able to drive significant and sustainable school improvement. Our goal is to develop distributive leaders who foster mutual openness and trust, individual commitment and organizational purposes, and shared vision of goal accomplishment reinforced through shared experiences and action.
