Bio

Betsy Knight is a University Supervisor and Instructor for the Teacher Education and Learning Sciences Department and has been with the department since 2007. Prior to this position, Betsy taught first and second grade (Johnston and Wake Counties). She received her Bachelor of Arts Degree in English Literature and her Bachelor of Science Degree in Elementary Education from the University of Rhode Island in 1997. She also earned her Master’s Degree from NC State University in Curriculum and Instruction: Literacy in 2007.
