Bio

Jada is a communications and marketing professional with a B.S. in Fashion and Textile Management from NC State University’s Wilson College of Textiles. With experience as a Social Media Content Creator for NC State’s Social Media Hub, she offers a strong background in digital strategy, content development, and community engagement.

While working at NC State’s Social Media Hub, Jada created the most-viewed video in NC State’s Instagram history, reaching over 195,000 views. She contributed to the university’s official channels by writing posts, capturing and editing multimedia content, covering campus events, and interviewing students—helping foster meaningful engagement with an audience of over 169,000 followers. During her time in the role, she also launched a recurring YouTube tradition with the video series “NC State Students Answer Your Most-Searched Questions,” where upperclassmen respond to commonly searched inquiries about the university. The first video in the series became the most-viewed video in NC State’s YouTube history at the time, earning 14,000 views shortly after its release. The second installment in the series went on to surpass 24,000 views, further solidifying the series’ impact. The success of the series revitalized the university’s use of YouTube for student-centered content and established a lasting, engaging tradition.
