Bio

Brooke Dove (she/her/hers) is the Assistant Director of Undergraduate Student Engagement, Diversity, and Inclusion. In this role, she promotes student engagement while linking academics with co-curricular learning activities. As the strategic operational champion Brooke drives undergraduate learning outcomes that promote the development of equity-minded and antiracist preservice educators and leaders.

A North Carolina native, Brooke brings over 8 years of experience in Higher Education within the North Carolina Community College System and the University of North Carolina at Pembroke. She brings a wealth of experience in a variety of student services areas including student leadership development, student governance, campus programming, success coaching, minority mentoring, and civic engagement.  

Brooke is a graduate of Leadershape, Leadership Alamance, and the Equity Coach Program through the North Carolina Community College System’s Student Success Center. For the past few years, Brooke served as a lead facilitator for the North Carolina Student Leadership Development Program, influencing all 58 community colleges in the state. 

Brooke cultivates a student focused mindset that enables her to develop relationships with students and colleagues to advocate for student success.
