Area(s) of Expertise

Ross has worked in a variety of educational contexts, both as a researcher and educator. He began his career as an informal science educator in museums and science centers before transitioning to a role as a high school math teacher in rural North Carolina. With a Ph.D in learning sciences and psychological studies, Ross now conducts mixed methods research and evaluation projects, focusing primarily on the role of community colleges in workforce development.
