PD 6610 – TIME with NaShonda Cooke

NaShonda Cooke, Special Education teacher at Carroll Magnet Middle School for Leadership and Technology and featured in TIME Magazine, travels across the state telling her story of what it’s like to be a teacher and teacher advocate in America. She shares her perspective with candor and passion when it comes to her students and works as an educator. She is currently involved with the NCAE and has been appointed to Gov. Roy Cooper’s Teacher Advisory Commission.
