Over 800 K-12 teachers from across North Carolina registered to attend the 2022 Math Summit held Aug. 2 on NC State’s main campus. The day featured 40-plus sessions led by teachers and math leaders and a keynote addressed delivered by Bonnie Bolado, a senior math specialist at the NC Center for the Advancement of Teaching.
“I love coming and learning new ideas and strategies and ways to help improve my students in math,” she said. “The sessions are great and the speakers – especially the keynote speakers– are always great every year.”
