T&D Mentoring Program

The T&D mentoring program aims to foster a robust support network by bridging the gap between students enrolled in the Training and Development master’s program and alumni and industry experts who have successfully navigated the professional landscape. Through this initiative, newcomers to the field receive invaluable guidance, advice, and encouragement from experienced professionals who have once walked the same path. By facilitating connections between mentors and student mentees, the program aims to create an environment where knowledge sharing, skill development, and career advancement thrive. Whether students are entering the workforce for the first time or seeking to adapt to new challenges, the mentoring program serves as a vital resource, empowering our students to overcome obstacles and achieve their goals with confidence.
