A joint program with UNC-Chapel Hill, this 100% online program is specifically designed for teachers on a temporary license who need to clear their North Carolina provisional teaching license and emphasizes a competency-based education.

Graduate students at the Friday Institute

NC TEACH

For mid-career professionals with at least a bachelor’s degree, this program leads to a North Carolina teaching license and can be completed in three semesters with a mix of four online courses and two in-person classes on Saturdays once a month.
