PD 6739 – Equitable Leadership Part 1

Do you want to be the type of leader who empowers the youth and students you work with to become the best leaders they can be? This session will dive into the final two of the Five Practices of Exemplary Leadership: Enabling Others to Act and Encouraging the Heart. We will consider the implications of those skills in the context of equitable leadership. Led by Stuart Gordon, veteran Wake County teacher and director of Appointed to Lead.
