The North Carolina chapter of the Council for Exceptional Children will be hosting their 36th annual conference with the theme of “Refresh, Renew, Refocus.” Join administrators, policymakers, teacher educators, special educators, parents, and other advocates from around our state as we collaborate and learn more about the best thinking in the field of special education, informed by theory, research, and practice!
