New Graduate Student Orientation

We’ll hold an orientation for all new graduate students in the College of Education on Thursday, Aug. 12, from 12:30 to 4 p.m. You can attend either in-person or via Zoom. If you are an incoming new graduate student, please RSVP by Aug. 2 to let us if you plan to attend in-person or via Zoom. For those who attend in-person in Poe, we will serve lunch, provide a parking pass, and give aways items like a T-shirt.

A schedule is below.

• 12:30-1:30 p.m.: Registration, Refreshments and Resource Fair in Poe’s Atriums and on the 2nd floor
  1:30-2 p.m.: College of Education Welcome and Overview in Poe 216
• 2-3 p.m.: The Graduate Student Experience: Support Services and Resources in Poe 216
• 3-4 p.m.: Department and Program Breakout Sessions on 2nd, 3rd, and 4th floor classrooms
