Bio
Dr. Stewart-Ginsburg is an Assistant Teaching Professor in the Department of Teacher Education and Learning Sciences, where he teaches courses in the Special Education program. He served as a classroom teacher and family resource coordinator before completing his doctorate in Special Education at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. He is passionate about sharing effective strategies to prepare, support, and empower a diverse, equitable, resilient special education teacher workforce through teaching and research. Dr. Stewart-Ginsburg is a research partner with the FACES Parent Advocacy program and explores methods for equipping community organizations to support children, youth, and adults with disabilities.
