PD 8100 – NCCTM General Body Meeting: When are we ever going to use this??

“When will I ever use this?” is a common question in a math classroom. Dr. Jay Martin of Wake Tech Community College and Tamara Ormandy, a Wake County high school mathematics teacher, have the answer! Join us to engage in math tasks that are connected to various industries such as forensics, civil engineering, culinary arts, welding, and more! Learn some cool math and leave with lesson ideas to use with your future students.
