PD 713 – Project-Based Inquiry Global: Creating a Global-Ready Classroom

October 31, 2018 | 10:00 am - 12:00 pm

Project-Based Inquiry (PBI) Global is a collaborative inquiry process in
which student teams investigate a global issue related to the UN
Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Through this process, students read,
write, and create across time, space, and culture. In addition to their
scholarly research, students take action to make a difference in relation
to their project’s global theme. This session will share the importance of
creating a global-ready classroom, one approach to developing a
global-ready classroom, i.e., PBI Global, and global education resources
with future educators.
