The Literacy and Community Initiative would like to formally invite you to the 2nd Annual LCI Reading Celebration!
The Reading Celebration will be on April 3rd at the Friday Institute on NC State’s Centennial Campus from 6:30pm-8:00pm.

This event will feature young authors from local community-based organizations, including Bull City YouthBuild, Juntos Hispanic Literacy Group, and Corral Riding Academy. Student authors from each group will share their narratives from their five published books. The authors will perform a book reading, answer audience questions, and participate in a book signing. Light refreshments will also accompany this event.
