PD 359 – Digital Equity and Its Impact on the Classroom

The Digital Divide has existed for decades with some members of American society lacking access to the digital resources which many take for granted. K-12 remote learning during the pandemic shone a light on the issue, but what is being done to solve the problem? What is meant by digital equity and inclusion? How can educators and community members advocate for solutions? In collaboration with MYEN, Laura B. Fogle will offer practical tips for steps we can all take to help reduce the digital divide.
