Brazil 101: Live Cooking Class

Join the Brazilian Student Association for a live cooking class hosted by Chef Helena Moreira, owner of Delicias Portuguesas restaurant. Helena will teach us how to prepare moqueca, a traditional Brazilian seafood dish, and a deliciously simple passion fruit mousse directly from her store’s kitchen in Florianopolis, Brazil.
