2019 Don C. Locke Symposium

The Don C. Locke Multicultural and Social Justice Symposium began in 2018 to honor the legacy and memory of Dr. Don C. Locke, an NC State College of Education Distinguished Professor Emeritus of Counselor Education.
One of Dr. Locke’s own mentees will deliver “K-12 Advanced Academics and Postsecondary Matriculation: Increasing Representation and Success Among Black Males” as the keynote address at the second annual Don C. Locke Multicultural and Social Justice Symposium on March 21, 2019: Dr. James L. Moore III, the vice provost for diversity and inclusion and chief diversity officer at The Ohio State University.
