PD 6746 – Language Variation in the Elementary Classroom

This asynchronous, online module introduces students to language variation and its role in the elementary classroom. Through videos, readings, and reflections, students will explore what language variation is, how it influences their own lives, and how it could impact the students with whom they will work. In addition to the course materials, students will also be provided with additional resources to help them take their new understanding into their future classrooms.
