PD 696 – Environmental Education in the Classroom

Come to join us to learn about bringing Environmental Education into your
classroom. Joining us will be Renee Strnad, the State Coordinator for the
environmental education curriculum Project Learning Tree. Renee Strnad is
an active leader North Carolina’s network of environmental educators,
serving on the Board of the Environmental Educators of North Carolina and
the North Carolina Environmental Educator Certification Committee. With
her, we will learn about using environmental education in our classrooms.

Location: Poe Hall 420
Audience: This is aimed towards Science Education majors primarily, but
all are welcome to attend an environmental education can be applied in any
classroom.
