PD 872 – Talking Black in America Watch Party

The Multicultural Young Educators Network presents our follow up program to Dr. Jeffery Reaser’s discussion of the importance of language diversity. We will be watching the documentary “Talking Black in America” by the Language & Life Project here at NCSU. Afterward, we will host a discussion based around the importance of recognizing language diversity in our classrooms and how we can support students of many dialects and accents both here at NCSU and in K-12 schools.
