NC State Day of Giving

We’re celebrating the first-ever NC State Day of Giving on Wednesday, March 27, 2019. This is a 24-hour fundraising event and opportunity for the NC State community to come together, maximize our collective impact and show how we are #GivingPack.

The NC State College of Education is taking part in this university-wide effort and participating in the friendly college-vs.-college competitions. With your help, we can earn up to $57,000 in cash prizes that will directly benefit students within the college and enhance the field of education.

Here are seven ways you can join us in #GivingPack on March 27:

• 8-9 a.m.: Post on Twitter NC State-related photos with the hashtag #GivingPack and tag the college’s Twitter account, @NCStateCED. The college with the most mentions during this hour wins $2,500
• 9-10 a.m.: Make a gift of at least $10 to the College of Education. The college that receives the most gifts during this hour wins $3,000.
• Noon: If you’re an alum of the college, make a gift of at least $10 to the college. The college that receives the most gifts from alumni during this hour wins $3,000.
• 5-6 p.m.: If you’re a student of the college, make a gift of at least $10 to the college. The college that receives the most gifts from students during this hour wins $3,000.
• 6-7 p.m.: Post on Twitter NC State-related photos with the hashtag #GivingPack and tag the college’s Twitter account, @NCStateCED. The college with the most mentions during this hour wins $2,500.
• 7-8 p.m.: Make a gift of at least $10 to the College of Education. The college that receives the most gifts during this hour wins $3,000.
• 8-9 p.m.: If you graduated from the College of Education between 2009 and 2018, make a gift of at least $10 to the college. The college with the most gifts from young alumni wins $3,000.
