  • For security purposes, large bags should be left in the cars. Diaper bags are permitted. Please remind your guests.
  • Faculty may carry very small purses/bags as long as they FIT UNDER THE REGALIA.
  • We will not secure any personal items for students, faculty, or guests.
  • Balloons are not allowed in Reynolds Coliseum and will be confiscated at the door. They will set off fire alarms if they touch the areas that monitors are located. Also, they are not allowed on the bike racks and will be confiscated from there as well. Balloons should be confined to cars. It is recommended that flowers be given in lieu of balloons.

  • Faculty will not walk if they are not in full regalia.
  • If you have not received your regalia, please visit Wolfpack Outfitters in the Talley Student Union.

  • Spring 2020 Commencement is to be held in Reynolds Coliseum on Friday, May 8, 2020 (3:30 pm). Faculty should arrive no later than 2:45 pm and should enter at the South entrance (Cates Ave.) to Reynolds Coliseum.
