[Video]: Person Early College Innovation and Leadership Investigate Global Water and Sanitation with PBI Global

Person Early College Innovation and Leadership students, in Roxboro, North Carolina, are learning how to ask compelling questions and solve real-world problems through a partnership with Project-Based Inquiry (PBI) Global, a collaborative, inquiry-based instructional process based in the NC State College of Education’s Friday Institute for Educational Innovation.

“We’re excited to work with teachers and students at Person County Early College for Innovation and Leadership on their PBI Global process focusing on global water and sanitation,” said Dr. Hiller Spires, Alumni Distinguished Graduate Professor of Literacy Education. “The students were empowered to conduct inquiries into the important United Nations’ sustainable development goal around global water and share their findings at a community showcase.”
