METRC Professional Development

Contact Laura to set up a time to chat about instructional technology tools and pedagogy. We can talk through teaching ideas, online/METRC resources, and get into specifics about digital tools like Playposit or Flipgrid.

Upcoming Sessions

All Moodle courses for the upcoming academic year (2022/2023) will be upgraded to Moodle 4. Some changes to look forward to are a significantly redesigned interface and site navigation. A new “user experience” is the centerpiece of Moodle 4 and has been years in the making, reflecting extensive input from both faculty and students.

In this session we will give an overview of key navigational and “look and feel” updates to Moodle

Following the navigation session at 9:30, we will host an open lab, and you can try out Moodle 4 in your fall courses or on the preview server. DELTA staff will be available to answer questions and provide guidance.

PRIOR TO THE OPEN LAB, request your fall courses through Wolfware on May 2nd or request access to a preview Moodle 4 course.
