The American Educational Research Association presented NC State College of Education Professor Audrey Jaeger and Alessandra Dinin ’17PHD with the Outstanding Publication Award for their book The Postdoc Landscape: The Invisible Scholars, in which they offer examples, solutions and strategies for helping postdoctoral scholars succeed in the workplace.

TRIO: Promoting Student Success through Strategic and Collaborative Partnerships

Through a new partnership with NC State's Division of Academic and Student Affairs, Alumni Distinguished Graduate Professor Audrey Jaeger and NC State College of Education graduate students work alongside TRIO Programs to develop activities and opportunities for undergraduate students to present original research on campus. The undergraduate students will present their work at the first TRIO Collegiate Fall Conference on Saturday, Oct. 20, 2018.

NC State’s College of Education Receives $10.8M Grant from Belk Endowment to Enhance Its Support of Community Colleges

The largest grant ever made to the NC State College of Education since records have been kept will expand the college’s efforts to create a pipeline of highly-qualified community college leaders who improve post-secondary student outcomes. "This generous grant from the John M. Belk Endowment is a tremendous investment in NC State University, our state's community colleges, and the long-term economic vitality of North Carolina," said NC State Chancellor Randy Woodson.
