Daniel Kelly ’17EDD will join NC State’s College of Education as an assistant professor of technology, engineering, and design education beginning Aug. 15. Currently, Kelly is an assistant professor of STEM education at Texas Tech University.

The NC State College of Education is tied at No. 31 in the U.S. News & World Report’s 2024 Best Graduate Schools rankings released April 25, 2023, placing the College of Education among the top 7% in the nation among both public and private universities. In U.S. News’ education specialty category, the college’s educational leadership program tied at No. 19 in the nation and was ranked No. 1 in North Carolina in the Educational Administration category.
