2 Programs in Leadership Development Honored with Top 5 LEAD Awards

Two programs that focus on leadership development in the NC State College of Education were ranked among the Top 5 in HR.com’s LEAD Awards, which recognize the best leadership development programs in the world.

The college’s doctoral program in leadership ranked No. 2 among programs focused on leadership and organizational development, while its master’s program in training and development ranked No. 5.

Both programs are housed in the college’s Department of Educational Leadership, Policy and Human Development.

The rankings were announced earlier this month at the Leadership and Excellence Development (LEAD) conference held in Salt Lake City, Utah. HR.com, a human resource industry leader, hosts the conference annually for leadership development professionals.
