Professor Sylvia Nassar’s experiences with discrimination as a child of immigrant parents was a contributing factor to her ultimate career as a counselor with a focus on multiculturalism and social justice. Professor Sylvia Nassar Addresses Global Unemployment Issues Through Career Builders Toolkit Project

Over the course of 30 years working with issues related to career counseling, Professor Sylvia Nassar, Ph.D., realized that there were no uniform interventions to address the vast, worldwide problem of unemployment, particularly among younger populations. She has worked to address that issue through research that led to the development of the free Career Builders Toolkit.
