Doctoral Student Joanna Ali Guides iScholar Students to Victory, Advances Her Research Through Work with iScholar Program

Educators do not always get an opportunity to follow their students throughout multiple years of their educational journey. However, through her work with iScholar, NC State College of Education doctoral student Joanna Ali has had the opportunity to witness a group of Durham students achieve multiple successes from middle school to high school.

Friday Institute Partners with NCCU, IEI to Develop Digital Equity Plan for North Carolina

In partnership with North Carolina Central University (NCCU) and the Institute for Emerging Issues (IEI), the Program Evaluation and Education Research (PEER) Group at the Friday Institute for Educational Innovation will lead the effort to manage the development of a Digital Equity Asset Inventory for North Carolina, conduct a series of listening sessions across the state and facilitate the implementation and analysis of a statewide digital equity survey in order to help the state develop a five-year digital equity plan.
