For many minority students, high performance doesn’t guarantee access to advanced mathematics classes. A new book from Valerie Faulkner, Ph.D., Patricia Marshall, Ph.D., and Associate Dean Lee Stiff, Ph.D., explores how data and bias can lead to inequity in the classroom.
