PD 405 – Assessment: Noticing and Providing Feedback in the Math Classroom

In this session, preservice teachers will have the opportunity to experience, learn and discuss assessments in the Math classroom. Specifically, we will provide insight on the best practices to provide meaningful feedback on formal and informal formative assessments for students and how to develop an eye for noticing what students are doing and talking about it in order to assess their learning.
