Executive Leadership Program

ELP is an executive level professional development program intended for experienced community college Deans, Vice Presidents or other senior level administrators. It is intended for community college leaders who wish to explore or enhance a career path in senior leadership.

The 2018 ELP focus upon the theme of community college student success and integrating community college leadership with the concept of collective impact.  It was designed in collaboration with the Aspen Institute, and participants will work collaboratively and learn from experienced high level national and state leaders, practitioners and scholars.

Participants will meet for 3 face-to-face retreats over the calendar year, with a supplemental case study independent project in between meetings. All participants will have additional opportunities to be involved with complimentary professional development and networking events co-sponsored by our Envisioning Excellence team.
