Why Gifts Matter: Mini-Grants Help Make Ideas a Reality

Student teaching doesn’t come with a paycheck, so aspiring teachers have to cover classroom supply costs out of their own pockets. To help bridge that gap, the College of Education created a donor-funded mini-grant program that awards student teachers up to $200 for the supplies and materials they need.
