Paper Co-authored by College of Education Faculty, Presented by Doctoral Student Daniela Barriga Wins 1st Place Award at International Conference on School Choice and Reform

Daniela Barriga, a second-year doctoral student, was initially nervous about presenting a paper she co-authored with several College of Education members at the International Conference on School Choice and Reform, but the paper ultimately won the first place prize and will soon be published in a special edition of the Journal of School Choice.

$3.75M Grant Will Help Train New Cohorts of School Leaders Through Innovative Principal Preparation Program

The NC State College of Education is one of only five universities in the nation whose principal preparation program is recognized as exemplary by the University Council for Educational Administration.
