With Support From Education Excellence Fund and Teaching Fellows, Anyah Moore is Able to Attend NC State College of Education and Pursue Teaching Goals

Scholarship support from the Education Excellence Fund and Teaching Fellows led Anyah Moore '25 to choose the NC State College of Education. Now, she's taking advantage of the opportunities available to her to become a teacher who is a champion for students of color and those who struggle with their mental health.

Eight College of Education Doctoral Students to Receive Dissertation Research Continuity Grants to Help Offset Challenges Faced During COVID-19 Pandemic

As a result of the ongoing impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic, many doctoral students are experiencing unexpected challenges as they conduct their dissertation research. The College of Education will provide emergency financial support for eight of these students through Dissertation Research Continuity Grants, funded by the Excellence Fund, which provides support for student scholarships, student experiences, equity initiatives and educational innovation, and the NC State Graduate School.

Student-Teacher Mini-Grants Program Helps Build Stronger Classrooms, Enhances Instruction

Because of a generous donation from a donor, the NC State College of Education was able to establish the Student-Teacher Mini-Grants Program, which supports the work student teachers are doing in their classrooms and provides funding to enhance classroom instruction.
