Maryam Mohaghegh

Maryam Mohaghegh has worked as an ESL teacher in Iran, a scientist at the World Health Organization National Polio Laboratory and a Persian lecturer at NC State; now she’ll study how language affects learning and growth.

Lydia Provost ’19 wants to prepare the next generation of teachers to engage their students in rich mathematical experiences.

Stephen Trembath-Reichert has conducted research at the Large Hadron Collider and worked in Durham as a high school teacher — his next goal is to create STEM curricula.
