Hunter Edwards

Bio

Hunter Edwards is the University Library Technician for METRC, the College of Education’s Library. They’ve worked at METRC since August of 2014, first as an undergraduate student, and now as a full-time staff member. Hunter graduated from NC State in December of 2018 with a bachelor’s in English. Once they returned to METRC, they began attending the University of North Carolina Greensboro for their Masters in Library and Information Science, or MLIS. Their planned graduation date is in the Spring of 2025, and they’re specializing in Archives and Special Collections, and Cataloging.

Hunter is happily married to their spouse, Kye Edwards, and they have two dogs: a Viscla/Pitt Bull mix named Kass, and a Cairn Terrier named Killian.
