Whether you are a soon-to-be graduate from NC State or just getting started, examining the concept of transition can help us better plan for anticipated and unanticipated changes in life. In this workshop, participants will learn and share about coping mechanisms for navigating change in and outside of graduate school. The session is led by Sr. Director of Student Success, Dr. Alex Kappus.
