Research

Research Description: 

My research interest and passion is business ethics and enhancing the social impact of organizations through human resource development. I have published over 70 articles, book chapters and books. My book Ethics and HRD: A New Approach to Leading Responsible Organizations (Perseus, 2002) was awarded HRD Book of Year for 2002 by the Academy of Human Resource Development.
