The Elementary Education MAT program will prepare teachers to teach and manage diverse classrooms of elementary age students. The pedagogy is grounded in research on how children learn, think, problem-solve, and develop. The program focuses on diagnostic and assessment of children's skills, abilities, and development and how teachers can address the needs of individual students.
