Learning Technologies

Learning Technologies facilitates faculty, staff and student use of electronic media, tools and resources. Its objective is not only to help keep the college aware of the technology available for enhancing learning, research, and professional practice, but also to provide an environment for experimentation with technology for instruction and research.

Instructional technology is now an important part of education at all levels, and students and teachers in North Carolina public school systems was one of the first to demonstrate competence in using educational technology. Learning Technologies coordinates the college's efforts in ensuring its faculty and students can not only demonstrate competence but lead in the use of technology in education.
