1. Establish a community in which we respect each other and understand the likenesses and differences in people.

• Understanding other students doesn't mean we have to treat them differently. (7)
• We need people to respect their peers' differences so we can all get along better.

2. Create a community for all to become well-rounded students.

• We need more group activities and projects. (7)
• We need to recognize the differences in activities and opportunities.
• We need to work on equalizing opportunities of activities for all students. (6, 8)
• We need to have interest surveys to start more clubs that everyone is interested in, so that they can meet new people. (7)
• Students need to be well-rounded, having some experience with academics, athletics, clubs, organizations, etc. (6, 8)
• We need to give more students opportunities with tutoring.
• We need more involvement with school clubs, groups, and committees.
• Wee need more students helping each other with assignments because sometimes the teachers may move too fast.

3. Create a system of open communication where all feel free to express themselves.

• We need a group of people (like Leadership Council) who talk about the issues of the school. (7)
• We need student input to help make changes in the school. (8)
• We need better communication between students, parents, and teachers. (6, 8)
• We need a better relationship between the students and the teachers.
• We need more friendships between students.
• We need to ask students their opinions of diversity and how they can personally help. (6, 7)
