• For the three letters of reference, you may choose to use either the online reporting system at the Graduate School’s application site or download the reference report form at the site, distribute the forms, and have them mailed directly to the department at:  ELPS, Attn: Sharon Walker, Box 7801, NC State Univ., Raleigh, NC 27695-7801.
