Dr. Micha Jeffries is an assistant of social studies education. She teaches courses in social studies methods and diversity education. Her research agenda focuses on examining the variables or factors characterizing teacher education programs that are effective in producing teachers prepared for culturally, ethnically, and linguistically diverse student populations.
