Business and Marketing
The Initial Licensure Program in Business and Marketing Education at NCSU is a 12 credit hour program consisting of three courses in the Department of Curriculum and Instruction. This is one of the lateral entry programs in the Alternative Teacher Education Program offered at NCSU. The 12 credit hour program is described in the Courses & Programs page. NC TEACH
NC State's NC TEACHing Communities are designed to recruit, train, support, and retain mid-career professionals as they become licensed teachers in North Carolina. This program is for people who have non-education backgrounds and would like to earn their teaching license. The NC TEACHing Communities program is a lateral entry program in which participants complete their licensure coursework while they are teaching full-time.
