Research and Publications Since 1985

The Career Key, 1987 (previously published by J. G. Ferguson). Established as a web site in March, 1997: "A free public service to help people make sound career decisions". The site includes computer scored and paper-pencil versions. There were 50,000 visitors in the first 12 months of operation.

The Foundation Skills (1996). The 17 skills needed by all workers for high-performance workplaces. They were derived primarily from the work of the U.S. Department of Labor's (1991). Secretary's Commision on Achieving Necessary Skills (SCANS). They may be printed free for nonprofit use with permission from the publishing, The Oryx Press.

Career Decision Profile, a four-page measure of career decision status, 1988 (also in Portuguese, Spanish, and Afrikaans).
