1) Knowledge of Unity Account

2) Knowledge and skill in electronic mail (e-mail)

3) Knowledge and skill in sending, receiving, and making changes in attachments in a Windows-based Word format file

4) Knowledge of Zip software for sending and receiving large files

5) Knowledge of accessing and reading PDF files

6) Knowledge of plugins

7) Pop-up blockers, spyware, and spam filters

8) Knowledge of WebCT

9) Knowledge of hardware and software standards

10) Knowledge of Library technology standards

11) Knowledge of academic and administrative information

NOTE: Individuals taking Internet-based courses and select instructor courses may need to meet additional technology requirements. Instructors will provide descriptions of required technology competencies in course syllabi.
