Demographic questions to ascertain the specific classification of respondents may be developed by the institution. Examples include respondents' length of service on campus, length of service in education. Additional questions that relate directly to the mission of the institution can also be included.
Institutions have an option of including a written comments section for respondents to express areas they are most and least satisfied with in their own words. These comments often provide excellent ideas for addressing campus issues.
Multi-college and multi-campus data can be developed and analyzed separately if desired by districts or other organizational structures. Follow-up surveys can be compared back to baseline survey data.
